Why choose us?
Spark bridges the gap between trauma awareness and actionable resilience-building strategies, offering a practical, evidence-based approach that prioritises sustainability for both clients and our small team.
What makes us different?
Rooted in science, designed for real life: We draw on globally recognised frameworks—such as SAMHSA’s trauma-informed principles—and translate them into practical tools that can be applied in everyday settings.
Dual focus: Trauma and resilience: Most providers address either trauma or resilience. Spark uniquely integrates both — trauma-informed practices to reduce harm & resilience-building strategies to foster growth.
Localised, culturally relevant: Case studies and scenarios are grounded in the realities of Singapore’s multicultural, high-pressure environments — from workplace stress to complex family dynamics.
